Anvanca®Smoothie: Anvanca® Weight Loss Plan TipMyBalance™ – 10¢ Meals

Each food or meal is given a dollar value in simple terms: nickel, dime, quarter, ½ dollar, and dollar.

Anvanca® Smoothie (serves 1)

Ingredients

½ cup of plain Nonfat Yogurt

Choose any two

  • ½ of a medium banana
  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of blackberries
  • ½ cup of mango
  • ½ cup of cherries
  • ¼ cup of skim milk

2 or 3 ice cubes

Add all the ingredients into a blender.  Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
