You have to be careful of the fish bait and switch trap. Many chains have entrees based upon fish because they sound healthier or lower calorie. However, many are not. Applebee’s is a great example. Only one of these fish entrees is in line with the guideline of $0.50 per meal, and some actually exceed the daily target of $1.50. Even if you aren’t watching what you eat, these options bad because some approach or exceed the recommended daily total of 2,000 calories for the average man or woman.
The Anvanca weight loss plan, TipMyBalance, is a simple and easy way to lose weight. It’s based upon a very simple concept of dollars and cents. Each day you are given a daily balance, or dollar amount. The goal is to have money left over at the end of the day – keeping the balance in your account tipped in your favor. You place a tip jar on your kitchen table or some other visible space. Every day that you are “over” your daily amount you put the difference in the jar. Any money you “save”, you remove that amount from the jar. The goal is to keep the jar empty at all times. If you want to know what your daily amount should be, please send us an e-mail, and we will work with you to calculate it. If you would rather do it on your own, you can use our generic daily target $1.50.
Each food or meal is given a dollar value in simple terms: nickel, dime, quarter, ½ dollar, and dollar.
