The Balanced Diet Meal Plan is a balance between the classic low-fat and low-carb meal plans. This plan is designed for women. The balanced meal plan focuses on a blend of complex carbohydrates and heart healthy fats. Since both the low-fat and low-carb meal plans are hard for some people to comply, this plan is a more balanced approach between the two. The balanced meal plan is not devoid of carbohydrates, nor is the balanced meal plan missing fat. We developed the balanced meal plan in order to take some of the guess work out of weight loss. The balanced meal plan isn’t complicated. We recommend following a meal plan for the first 4 weeks as you adjust to your weight loss plan. We offer a number of different meal plans for weight loss so you can choose on based upon your own personal likes and dislikes. Each plan lasts for 28 days, and there is a different version for men and women.
