Balanced Diet Meal Plan is a balance between the classic low-fat and low-carb meal plans. Since both the low-fat and low-carb meal plans are hard for some people to comply, this plan is a more balanced approach between the two. The balanced meal plan is not devoid of carbohydrates, nor is the balanced meal plan missing fat. The balanced meal plan focuses on a blend of complex carbohydrates and heart healthy fats. Men and women have different caloric needs so this version of the balanced meal plan is designed for men. The balanced meal plan isn’t complicated. We developed the balanced meal plan in order to take some of the guess work out of weight loss. We recommend following a meal plan for the first 4 weeks as you adjust to your weight loss plan. We offer a number of different meal plans for weight loss so you can choose on based upon your own personal likes and dislikes. Each plan lasts for 28 days, and there is a different version for men and women.
