Anvanca is the only program that combines an effective weight loss supplement with free personalized coaching to help you lose weight and keep it off. We believe a structured meal plan is very useful in first month as you learn new behaviors. This is why we developed 28 days meal plans based upon individual diet preferences, and each plan has a male and female version. The vegetarian diet plan follows an ovo/lacto model, which allows for egg and milk products. The vegetarian diet is full of fiber and healthy vitamins and minerals, and it is a good choice for losing weight. Women need approximately 1,800 calories a day to maintain their weight. Given weight reduction goal of a pound per week, daily calories will range between 1,100 and 1,300 per day. We even have a few days where we add in a “cheat” for a little treat.
Today’s plan starts with oatmeal for breakfast, veggie spread sandwich for lunch, and our guilt-less pizza for dinner.
Anvanca Diet – Day 1: Total Calories 1275
Breakfast: The goal of a good breakfast is the balance between fiber and protein. The combination of which has been shown to keep you feeling fuller, longer, so you eat less.
Anvanca® Power Oatmeal
Oatmeal (1 cup)
Raisins (0.5oz ~20)
Splenda (2 packets)
Add 1 cup of oatmeal to a bowl. Add almonds, Raisins, Splenda, and water. Use the microwave as per the package directions.
Lunch: The goal of a good lunch is the balance between protein, fiber, and fat. The key is not to overeat to avoid an insulin spike. We provide for a mid-day snack so that you can keep your blood sugar stable.
Vegetarian Sandwich Spread (Serves 3)
1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
salt and pepper to taste
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pour chickpeas into a medium size mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Mix in celery, onion, mayonnaise (to taste), lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to taste.
Veggie Spread on Whole Wheat: Have a serving on two slices of whole wheat bread. Add any veggie you like. Do not add cheese.
Snack: Popcorn – Air Popped, 2 cups:
Anvanca® Guiltless Pizza:
8″ Shell (store made)
1 tsp Olive Oil
¼ tsp chopped garlic
¼ tsp chopped oregano
¼ cup of Feta Cheese
¼ cup low fat Mozzarella
⅓ cup broccoli
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F. Put 8” shell on a cookie sheet. Spread the olive oil on side facing up. Add the garlic, oregano. Sprinkle the cheese across the shell. Add the broccoli and chicken. Bake for 10min, or until the cheese has melted and the crust is brown.

Angel Food Cake
Strawberry sauce (Fresh Strawberries & Splenda)
Add 5 medium strawberries, a ½ cup of water, and 1 ½ tsp of Splenda to a small sauce pot. Stir and let simmer for 5 to 10 min. Once you’ve reduced the contents by half, reduce the heat. Stir for a few more minutes until thick. Remove from heat. It makes 2 Servings. Pour half the sauce over 1 slice of angel food cake. Enjoy!
