Anvanca Diet – Day 26: Total Calories 1475
Breakfast: The goal of a good breakfast is the balance between fiber and protein. The combination of which has been shown to keep you feeling fuller, longer, so you eat less. Total Calories: 443, Protein: 27g, Fiber 8.5g, Fat 5g.
Make a full bowl of Cheerios (1.5 servings). Add 4oz of skim milk and one cut banana.
Protein Boost:
Add a ½ scoop of whey protein to 6oz of skim milk, and mix well.
Lunch: The goal of a good lunch is the balance between protein, fiber, and fat. The key is not to overeat to avoid an insulin spike. We provide for a mid-day snack so that you can keep your blood sugar stable.
The Simple Salad: Prepare 2 cups of tossed salad. This can include lettuce and any other veggies that you like. Only veggies – no croutons, bacon bits, etc.. To the salad, add a ½ cup of kidney beens. Drizzle 3 tbsp. of Fat-Free Italian Dressing (or another Fat Free variety). Sprinkle ⅛ cup of sliced almonds to add some texture.
Top it all off with an apple.

Dinner:

Calories 420, Protein: 31g, Fiber: 4g, Fat: 5.4g (Serving, Serves 2)
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons chopped onions
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 vegan chicken breast or patties
1 cup of cooked brown rice
1 cup of cooked corn
Mix the onions, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, and pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a baking dish. Arrange chicken in the baking dish. Pour sauce over the chicken. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is not pink inside.

- Strawberry sauce (Fresh Strawberries & Splenda)
Add 5 medium strawberries, a ½ cup of water, and 1 ½ tsp of Splenda to a small sauce pot. Stir and let simmer for 5 to 10 min. Once you’ve reduced the contents by half, reduce the heat. Stir for a few more minutes until thick. Remove from heat. It makes 2 Servings. Pour half the sauce over 1 slice of angel food cake. Enjoy!
