When you are dieting, you should avoid overdoing it with burgers and milkshake like drinks, smoothies included. A burger in moderation can be fine, as long as you are eating it sparingly. When you are trying to lose weight, typically, you should set a target of 1,200 – 1,400 total calories a day for women and 1,800 – 2,000 for men. Add any food to a Sonic Blast or add a dessert to the burger option and you quickly exceed the daily for non-dieters.
